There are two main UK shipping options: £3.99 flat rate (3-5 working days) and free postage for orders over £75 (7 working days) and these options cover both highlands and islands.
There are other shipping options available which are based on weight. These are calculated and offered at checkout.
Orders cannot be sent out on the day of order. Please check with me if you require next day shipping because orders put in after 7pm may not be sent out the next day. If you are selecting the Special Saturday Delivery option please could you call to make sure I can do this for you.
Despatch is next working day for orders in stock and placed before 7pm. Items with an estimated despatch time are sent as soon as they become available on the selected service. Anyone requiring Special Delivery for a Saturday needs to select the Saturday option at checkout otherwise any order made after 7pm on Thursday will not be guaranteed for arrival until Monday before 1pm.
If you return items for refund, you will credited minus the actual cost of sending out your items. We only do this to keep prices at the lowest we can.
European and worldwide shipping is weight based and calculated at checkout. The site does not like Southern Ireland addresses without a postcode so please put something resembling a postcode in this box even if it is the first bit of your phone number.
Delivery is Monday to Saturday depending on shipping option selected. These services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us personally, but we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery. Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations: 1-5 days. Europe: 3-10 days. All other areas worldwide: 5-21 days. But please always allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay, but please feel free to email or phone for the status of your order at any time.
We cannot guarantee the time of any deliveries, but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred by us if the parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts has been made to deliver the goods to you, or you refuse the parcel when the courier attempts to deliver it without reasonable cause.
Please note we are unable to compensate or refund postage for late delivery on any delivery service listed above.
Pease contact Justine to talk about any returns or exchanges on email@example.com. Boots must come back as new if you would like an exchange (there will be a postage charge for exchanges). If you have a problem with any boots, it is critical that the boots are returned both clean and dry or they will not be handled. This is a health and safety issue and is non-negotiable. You will be liable for all postage costs and if the boots are dirty they will need to be returned to you at your cost.
