Despatch is usually same day for orders in stock and placed before 9.30am. Orders placed after 9.30am will be despatched either the same day or the next working day dependent on the volume of orders received, special delivery orders are given priority. Items with an estimated despatch time are sent as soon as they become available on the selected service. Anyone wanting Special Delivery for a Saturday needs to select the Saturday option at checkout otherwise any order made after 9.30am on Thursday will not be guaranteed for arrival until Monday before 1pm. Delivery is Monday to Saturday. These services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us personally, but we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery. Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before 10.00am will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay, but please feel free to email or phone for the status of your order at any time. We send most items via Royal Mail First Class delivery unless otherwise required. We cannot guarantee the time of any deliveries, but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred by us if the parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts has been made to deliver the goods to you, or you refuse the parcel when the courier attempts to deliver it without reasonable cause.
