Delivery

Despatch is usually same day for orders in stock and placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10am will be despatched either the same day or the next working day dependent on the volume of orders received, special delivery orders are given priority. Items with an estimated despatch time are sent as soon as they become available on the selected service.

Anyone wanting Special Delivery for a Saturday needs to select the Saturday option at checkout otherwise any order made after 10am on Thursday will not be guaranteed for arrival until Monday before 1pm.

Delivery is Monday to Saturday. These services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us personally, but we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery. We aim to despatch orders placed before 10am the same day, and standard delivery normally takes 2-5 working days, but may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. We will try to keep you informed of any delays, but please feel free to email or phone for the status of your order at any time. We send most items via Royal Mail First Class delivery unless otherwise required. We cannot guarantee the time of any deliveries, but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred by us if the parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts has been made to deliver the goods to you, or you refuse the parcel when the courier attempts to deliver it without reasonable cause.
